Product Description
This fully automated vertical enamelled line produces high-quality insulated winding wires for electric motors, transformers, and precision instruments. The complete process includes:
Pay-off → Annealing → Coating → Curing → Cooling → Lubrication → Take-up.
The system supports round, flat, and self-bonding wires with superior film uniformity (±0.5µm) and zero pinholes (≤3 defects per 10,000 meters).

1. Pay-off

Tension control is critical to avoid wire elongation or surface damage
Brush-type pay-off for fine wires (Φ<0.1 mm), rotary for larger diameters

2. Annealing
In-line continuous annealing at ≤500°C under hydrogen atmosphere
